What's Going On Now...
Sandi has, over the last decade, created many e-commerce websites. She still keeps in contact with many of her earlier clients. "It's amazing how one can cultivate relationships through technology. For instance, Chris from oldlifemagazines.com, and the gals at Sweetpea.net were two of my first clients. Now, ten years later we still talk frequently by telephone and email."
Sandi continues to design and create websites at reasonable prices. Along with programming, she offers exceptional graphic art skills.
Sandi began acquiring her own clients. She was the chief designer for these clients, as well as continuing as consultant to others.
Ecommerce and beyond
In 1998 Sandi began a full time position with TIAS.com (The Internet Antiques Shop). She was hired as Technical Support Manager/Customer Service Representative. Her duties entailed designing individual dealer's web sites enabling them to sell their antiques on line."The experience in working at TIAS.com taught me some valuable lessons," Sandi said. "In addition to creating individual solutions for individual people, I learned quite a bit about programming and programmers. Programming can make or break an otherwise great website. You never know when you as a designer will have a coding issue, and need help fast!"
